Things You Need To Know.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Every order is packaged and processed within 5-7 business days. This EXCLUDES holidays and weekends(Friday-Sunday).
“My order says it’s still in pre-shipment when I check the status, what does that mean?”
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracing information to be updated into UPS system. If after 72 hours, you still do not see any update please email our help team for further assistance.
“I haven’t received my tracking number and it’s been longer than the expected processing time”
Sometimes, especially if it’s your first time ordering from us, the fulfillment email will go to your spam folder. Make sure you’re checking both your inbox and spam folder for it. If you do not see it there, please reach out to our help team.
Who do you ship through?
All our packages ship through UPS.
I received my package but, my items were broken.
If your an item arrives broken or damaged, please email our help team within 48 to have a replacement sent out.
My order said it was delivered, but I never received anything, what do I do?
Once your order has been shipped it is then out of our hands, if it says that your items were delivered but you did not receive anything, the next step would be to call UPS
What if I am unhappy with my order?
Our goal is to make sure we leave a positive impression on anyone who purchases from us. If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at blossomandbloomhelp@gmail.com and we will do our very best to assist you. You can not exchange a product that has already been used. You must contact us within 72 hours if you wish to exchange your item or you also have the option of a refund if it’s within 10 days of you receiving your order.
Candles can NOT be refunded or exchanged after use.
Please note: Blossom and Bloom is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for exchanges. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are processed into the post office.
